Energy Storage Europe is pleased to support the the International Flow Battery Forum (IFBF®) 2026, taking place on 16–18 June 2026 in Budapest, Hungary.

Held at the InterContinental Hotel in the heart of the city, IFBF 2026 will bring together around 350 delegates from across the globe, including leading experts from the flow battery sector, alongside 20 exhibitors and 50 scientific posters over three days of exchange and networking.

At IFBF 2026, participants will benefit from a comprehensive programme featuring keynote presentations, panel discussions, open forums, and technical sessions, as well as networking opportunities including a reception, conference dinner, and a local site visit. The event will highlight the latest developments in the science, technology, and commercialisation of flow batteries.

As the energy transition accelerates, flow batteries are gaining increasing attention for their potential to support long-duration energy storage and grid flexibility. IFBF 2026 will provide a key platform to explore innovations, share insights, and connect stakeholders across research and industry.
